Basic is free for 30 days, then $4.99/month. No card to start, and we ask for one before the trial ends, not after. If you decide not to subscribe your Place stays readable, you just cannot add to it. Cancel anytime from Settings.
If yours is not here, write to us. A person answers.
Your Place becomes read-only until you subscribe. Everything already in it stays visible and searchable: the calendar, the notes, the vault, the contacts. You just cannot add or change anything until you start a subscription. We will not delete your Place for not paying, and we will not lock a caregiver out of a medication schedule over a card.
No. You create a Place and use it for 30 days with no card on file. We ask before the 30 days are up, not after, so nothing is ever charged by surprise.
It stays yours and it stays readable. You can export the calendar, tasks, knowledge articles, contacts and vault entries to CSV from Settings at any time, subscribed or not. If you want the whole Place gone, delete it yourself from Settings and it is removed along with its data.
Every member has a role, and the API enforces it on every request. The interface does not just hide things: the server refuses them. Vault secrets are encrypted per Place and are never included in ordinary list or read responses, and every reveal is written to an audit log you can read.
Only what you allow, and never anything irreversible. Sending messages and paying bills always route through propose then confirm, so an action is shown to you before it happens. You set the level for each capability in Settings, and there is a spend cap on anything involving money.
No. Your Place is not training data. Answers come from a built-in matcher over your own content by default, and the optional larger assistant is governed by a data-boundary setting you control.
Yes, from Settings, at any time. Changing plans adjusts the existing subscription rather than starting a second one, and cancelling leaves your Place readable.
